Station DivisionContractualThe DOTr-MRT3 invites qualified applicants for the vacant Ticket Seller III position/ Contractual/Salary Grade 11 under the Station Division:

Qualifications
Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in college
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Not required for the contractual position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sells Contactless Fare Media (SJT & SVC).
- Reloads Stored Value Cards.
- Issuance of magnetic cards in exchange of the Single Journey Ticket (SJT) of passengers affected during revenue service interruption and implementation of free ride.
- Compliance to existing rules in cash and ticket management.
- Establishment of good public relations with passengers by exercising total courtesy & honesty in all transactions with them.
- Analyzes the tickets of passengers that were rejected at the Gates and executes appropriate action.
- Assists in the implementation and ensures compliance of the existing Office Orders, policies, and instructions.
- Issuances of Concessionary Card to Senior Citizen and Persons with Disability.
- Assists the Station Supervisors in screening the personnel/passenger using the service gate as entry/exit to/from the paid area.
- Reports any abnormal/emergency situation to the Station Supervisor.
- Assists the Station Supervisors in receiving complaints coming from passengers regarding poor service, discourtesy and malfeasance committed by MRT personnel in the performance of duty.
- Responsible in the operation of TVM and implement valid refund.
- Acts as Qualified Employee when the need arises.
- Acts as assistant Station Supervisor when required and when the need arises.

- Photocopy of CSC Eligibility/BAR or Board Rating/License, if applicable
- Photocopy of Authenticated Transcript of Records and Diploma
- Photocopy of Certificates of Relevant Trainings/Seminars attended
- Photocopy of Service Records/Certificate of Employment
- Photocopy of Performance rating in the last rating period, if applicable
- Other documents that may be required by this Office.
Applications with incomplete documents and submitted beyond the set deadline shall automatically disqualify the applicant in the selection process. Applications will be considered valid for a period of 1 year. Only applicants who are shortlisted will be contacted.
