1.	Assists in retrieving Single Journey Tickets (SJTs) at the Automatic Gates.
2.	Packs Single Journey Tickets (SJTs) /Stored Value Cards (SVCs) for allocation to Cash Assistants at Satellite Stations.
3.	Validates the status of Tickets/Cards using Point-of-Sale (POS) machines.
4.	Assists in monitoring ticket inventory at Satellite Stations and at AFC Annex.
5.	Informs Treasury Depot whenever tickets/cards inventory at Annex Office is at the minimum level.
6.	Prepares monthly reports on unconfirmed transactions.
7.	Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.	Implementation of the applicable safety rules and regulations that are imposed either by the government or under the company safety code.
2.	Formulation and recommendation of the company’s internal safety rules and regulations for the proper handling of machine, tools and equipment, to safeguard company personnel and properties and the riding public.
3.	Formulation and implementation of safety plans.
4.	Monitoring the compliance with applicable safety rules and regulations through periodic and spot check.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.	Maintains General Ledger and Subsidiary Ledgers for all real accounts and prepares & submits Quarterly Statements.
2.	Prepares monthly Financial Statements with supporting schedules and assists/collaborate with the Chief Finance and Comptrollership Division on response with COA findings-AOM regarding validity of audit, if there’s any.
3.	Reviews/reconciles abnormal balances in the Financial Statements.
4.	Monitoring, recording and maintaining up-to-date records of Fixed Assets and reconciles with the Admin-General Services Section Physical count and Accounting book record.
5.	Prepares Journal Entry Vouchers and analysis of transaction on the adjustments to be made.
6.	Prepares monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
7.	Reviews/checks fare revenue, fund withdrawals in the Escrow Account reports and prepares Journal Entry Vouchers for recording in the book of accounts.
8.	Provide technical assistance on a daily basis to the Treasury Section in the Settlement and Reconciliation level of the new Automatic Fare Collection System (AFCS)
9.	Prepares draft correspondences.
10.	Performs other official tasks as assigned by the Chief of the Finance and Comptrollership Division.

1.	Sells Contactless Fare Media (SJT & SVC).
2.	Reloads Stored Value Cards.
3.	Issuance of magnetic cards in exchange of the Single Journey Ticket (SJT) of passengers affected during revenue service interruption and implementation of free ride.
4.	Compliance to existing rules in cash and ticket management.
5.	Establishment of good public relations with passengers by exercising total courtesy & honesty in all transactions with them.
6.	Analyzes the tickets of passengers that were rejected at the Gates and executes appropriate action.
7.	Assists in the implementation and ensures compliance of the existing Office Orders, policies, and instructions.
8.	Issuances of Concessionary Card to Senior Citizen and Persons with Disability.
9.	 Assists the Station Supervisors in screening the personnel/passenger using the service gate as entry/exit to/from the paid area.
10.	Reports any abnormal/emergency situation to the Station Supervisor.
11.	Assists the Station Supervisors in receiving complaints coming from passengers regarding poor service, discourtesy and malfeasance committed by MRT personnel in the performance of duty.
12.	Responsible in the operation of TVM and implement valid refund.
13.	Acts as Qualified Employee when the need arises.
14.	Acts as assistant Station Supervisor when required and when the need arises.
