The DOTr-MRT3 invites qualified applicants for the vacant Executive Assistant III position/ Contractual/Salary Grade 20 under the Office of the General Manager:

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Two (2) years of experience

Training : Eight (8) hours of training

Eligibility : Not required for the contractual position

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares official reports/communications on matters referred to the office.
  2. Drafts memoranda, letters, and orders emanating from the Office of the General Manager.
  3. Serves as Secretariat to the DOTC-MRT3 Management Committee (ManCom).
  4. Participates in a variety of meetings and/or workshops for the purpose of providing or receiving information, recording minutes, and supporting the needs of the General Manager.
  5. Responsible for calendar management and coordinates a variety of meetings of the General Manager.
  6. Reviews and prepares action on a variety of routine matters in accordance with laws, executive orders, rules regulations or established policies and procedures.
  7. Performs/undertakes research work or studies on various specialized subjects.
  8. Assists in formulating solutions/recommendations on difficult and complicated problems where no policies or procedures have been previously established.
  9. Reviews and prepares actions on a variety of routine matters in accordance with laws, executive orders, rules, regulations or established policies and procedures.
  10. Assists in the distribution of work assignments to subordinate personnel and monitor their accomplishments.
  11. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

  3. Photocopy of CSC Eligibility/BAR or Board Rating/License, if applicable
  4. Photocopy of Authenticated Transcript of Records and Diploma
  5. Photocopy of Certificates of Relevant Trainings/Seminars attended
  6. Photocopy of Service Records/Certificate of Employment
  7. Photocopy of Performance rating in the last rating period, if applicable
  8. Other documents that may be required by this Office.
